1.    Information submitted will be treated on a strictly confidential basis. This application will be kept under consideration for six months, or as long as necessary. 

2.         No rights to accommodation can be guaranteed from signing this form. An applica­tion may be rejected without prejudice.

4.         Registration costs are € 20,- euro if the applicant reply by herself on properties on the website. Incase applicant  want the office to seek active for properties there will be an registration fee of € 35,-, in this case applicant gets a registration number and priority by new offerings.

5.         The applicant is requested to give details of his or her income on this form as well as a copy of valid identity papers and a copy of a salary sheet or contract, you can pay the registration costs by account number 4258079 of the Postbank to the attention of Bureau de Woonmarkt. Once a suitable accommodation has been found, applicant has to fill out and sign a card for acceptance. After agreement of the landlord, the mediators fee, the first months rent and deposit has to be paid within 48 hours.

6.         In case applicant refrain from renting the house after he signed the card for acceptance, he will be still obliged to return to our agency to pay the mediators fee and at least one month rent, within the same 48 hours and under the same conditions as written in article 8. It’s also possible the landlord refuse to dissolve the agreement
 

7.         At the time that a choice of accommodation is decided upon the applicant, he must sign a tenancy contract, this may be from the landlord himself but usually via our agency. There will be a charge made € 85,= excl. VAT per contract. All spoken and written information concerning the rented accommodation, will only be binding under the assumption that the rightful owner has been awarded a licence of which he recognises the terms and conditions.
 

8.         After the signing of a Tenancy contract should any discrepancies occur pertaining to the owner and the licensing arrangement for the accommodation, the renting arrangement shall be considered void and our agency can not be held responsible.

9.         If you refrain from paying the administration fee on time, without consideration with the office, there will be a extra charge of at least 15% but no less then 50,= euro to cover our administration costs. You will also be charged for all extra postal cost incurred by the agency. If however it is necessary to receive this money by a collecting agency then the cost to you will be much higher, at least 150,= euro.
